Ferrán Adrià’s new project, El Bulli in Barcelona is now an official reality. The restaurant, which he has called Tickets is dedicated to the tapas culture and opened its doors earlier this year. As a complement, it has a cocktail bar, 41º, which also opened last January. Without doubt, it has already raised worldwide expectations and is one of the culinary places of pilgrimage, not only in Barcelona but also internationally.
In his quest for perfection and wine being one of its stars, Luis Cañas Crianza wines, Cask Fermented White Amaren and Ángeles Amaren were selected by the chef for his new project. The wines of the two Cañas family wineries (Bodegas Luis Cañas and Bodegas Amaren) are the only wines of the Rioja Denomination of Origin that can be enjoyed at Tickets.
This is an excellent example of the unimpeachable quality and image of the wines produced by this Rioja Alavesa winery that transcend far beyond our borders.
